It’s not easy for busy academy managers to find time to meet together during the school year, but this time with the IKEA breakfast dangling as a carrot, some of us managed to do just that!

On Friday 7th November 2025 those of us who could manage, gathered around a table of coffee and tostado to share some highs, lows, news and queries with one another.

Even just spending an hour together, we were able to let off some steam and take in some encouragement from one another.
